Just in time to kick off football season, the 49ers’ newest player-turned San Francisco transplant, Reggie Bush (and his beautiful wife, Lilit) take center stage in our latest Make Every Day Local℠ video series. This video is a little different than others in the campaign because, this time around, YP helps them get to know the “City by the Bay” by taking them on a tour of a few favorite local spots in their new neighborhood.
As it turns out, Reggie is an avid bowler (who knew, right?), so one of the first stops on the tour was Mission Bowling Club on 17th Street in the historic Mission District – a boutique bowling alley where patrons go to serve up some serious strikes and chow down on award-winning food made wholly from locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients. Reggie was immediately enamored. Home to only six lanes, it’s got a uniquely intimate feel, accentuated even more by a rotating gallery of art from local artists adorning the bowling alley’s walls.
Then we moved onto Taylor Stitch on Valencia Street where we learned, perhaps not all that surprisingly, that Reggie has a fairly discerning taste for fashion and takes pride in what he wears. Taylor Stitch, known for cutting slim-fit silhouettes out of high quality and stylish fabrics, has become one of Reggie’s favorites because the clothes not only fit him well, but also give him a ton of ways to show off his individual style.
Watch the video below to see where else we took Reggie. Then go to #MakeEveryDayLocal and tell us about your favorite local businesses – and be sure to use the #MakeEverDayLocal hashtag in your post!
